We never mark up your infrastructure
Your account, your bills
You own the infrastructure account and pay cloud and licence providers directly, first-party and transparent. We operate under delegated access and take nothing from the size of the spend, so the incentive to optimise stays honest.
The management fee is the product
We never take a percentage of your cloud bill. A separate management fee pays for senior capacity to watch, patch, and stand behind the system, banded by how critical it is to you.
Cover agreed up front
Business-hours best-effort by default. Defined or extended cover only where we have real cover to back it, priced to fund it.
Optional efficiency gain-share
Where we cut your run cost, we can share in the realised savings. Our reward comes from making your bill smaller, not bigger.
Two layers, and they stack
Running the infrastructure and supporting the code are distinct. The run fee covers operating the platform: monitoring, patching, backups, and cost hygiene. Maintaining the application itself sits under a standard support agreement. Most clients take both; they're priced and agreed separately.
New features are never absorbed into support. Each one is a fresh fixed-scope engagement with a signed done-test, same as any build.
